Sarah has a wide-ranging commercial practice, specialising in coronial inquiries, medical negligence and employment and industrial relations. Prior to being called to the bar in 2018, Sarah worked as a solicitor for 8 years across both government and private sectors in Sydney and London.
Sarah has considerable experience in multi party litigation, acting for major insurers and government agencies, including sensitive litigation that is subject to media exposure. Sarah also specialises in International Child Protection law under the Hague Convention for the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction.
Sarah's time working for the NSW State Government means she is well versed in a variety of aspects of administrative and government law, including public access to information and privacy.
