Eliot practices in commercial litigation, public law, and employment and industrial disputes. He has particular expertise in representative proceedings, and is currently briefed in a number of significant class actions in the Federal Court of Australia.
Before being called to the bar, Eliot practiced as a solicitor in Australia and London, specialising in banking and finance, group litigation and complex commercial disputes.
Eliot holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Sydney and a Master of Laws (Distinction) from University College London.
