David has a wide ranging commercial litigation practice. He appears regularly in the Federal Court of Australia, the NSW Supreme Court and the NSW District Court, both unled and as junior counsel. David accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law and has a particular focus on complex commercial disputes.
Prior to coming to the Bar, David was a Senior Associate at the leading international commercial law firm, Allens. At Allens, David worked across the Commercial insolvency & Restructuring, Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Projects (construction and infrastructure) practice groups.
