David has practised at the Sydney Bar since February 2001 primarily in the areas of Employment Law (employment contracts, restraint of trade, industrial disputes and statutory employment rights), Discrimination Law and Occupational Health and Safety. He represents employees, employers, trade unions, public regulators and others in a variety of State and Federal courts, tribunals and Inquiries in New South Wales and other States and Territories. He is a co-author of The Modern Contract of Employment, with Ian Neil SC, published in 2012 by Thomson Reuters Australia. He is also an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney.
